At NeuroHealth, we enjoy collaborating with other health professionals to provide great client-centred care for our community.

We understand the importance and need for neuropsychological assessments in collaboration with the care of other medical specialists, which is one of the reasons we started NeuroHealth.

OUR REFERRALS

Currently, we receive referrals for assessments from ACC, self-referrals, other health professionals, and insurers.

We would be happy to receive a referral for an assessment for your patient via our admin email (admin@neurohealth.co.nz) or through ERMS.

Once we receive your referral, one of our team will contact you to discuss your referral with you for triaging purposes.


ERMS Referrals:
We are hopeful that a Neuropsychological Assessment referral type will be added to ERMS soon. In the meantime, please find NeuroHealth under the following referral types:

  • Clinical Psychologist - Adult

  • Concussion Referral 

  • Brain Injury Referral

  • Stroke Rehabilitation Referrals

HealthOne

In November 2024, NeuroHealth became linked with HealthOne to assist in our collaboration with other health practitioners.  

What is HealthOne?

  •  HealthOne is a South Island based secure electronic record that allows registered healthcare providers directly involved in a patient’s healthcare, to quickly access information such as your test results, allergies, medications, GP summaries and hospital information.

  • HealthOne adheres to the principles of the Privacy Act 2020 as well as the Rules set out in the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.  Access is only possible via an approved highly secure healthcare information network which is regularly audited and tested.  Privacy auditing is used to check that only those directly involved in your care are accessing your information.
