CANCELLATION POLICY
NeuroHealth does not take your payment details to hold bookings. We operate on a trust-based system and rely on you to let us know in advance if you can not make your appointment for any reason.
Private Patients
Please note that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you (or your insurance funder) must pay the full price of your appointment. Please understand that cancellations within 24 hours greatly impact our ability to fill that time slot if you can not attend your appointment.
ACC Patients
Sessions funded by ACC require the Neuropsychologist to notify the Case Manager if you cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice. Frequently missed sessions may result in the Case Manager reviewing funding for your sessions.
